5. 但因为 2N＋3的赔偿方案过于残酷，我们决定给 Tony 降级处分
6. 现在 Tony 降薪 30%，同时签署了自愿无偿加班6个月的协议书
7. 在无休止的加班中，让我们期待下一版本的到来
