Complete scam - ordered a pillow. After making me wait for two months with countless emails back and forth and stories of burnt down factories I was told it was a misunderstanding and they won’t send me the missing pillow filling (even though clearly stated on the website and promised for 2 months). Waste of time!

My order worth RM65 and my delivery charges i get the cheapest choice RM39. Please give us better shipping voucher.

I would rather give no ratings than 1 star. Such a bad services.

I like this app because it saves my time from having to leave the house... but my recent purchase had some issues... on this app my item is listed as having arrived on 9/5 but the item did not arrive at my house... when I complained about my case they repeatedly said the same thing... no action was taken about my case... I have one more item that has not been sent, and if it does not arrive this time, this will be the last time I use these apps.

Used to be good quality. Now its just cheating your money by giving low quality, blur, lousy pictures. Its so disappointing. Guess they want to save cost. Also sent them emails to clarify and request a refund and all they do is go around the bush giving excuses. No support!!

So far no problem from the apps. Just got one time that the pictures failed to upload but then the staff contact me latter to upload it again. But I’m MOSTLY unsatisfied with the choice of courier used. GDEX is REALLY REALLY SLOW. They kept the order without any progress for more than a week. I’m just hoping to get a better service considered the amount paid for delivery fees.

Waited for 2 months for my photos to be delivered to me. But when they finally send it , the photos come in blurry , photo not properly crop. Will not use this service anymore

Take quite long time about one month no any news and still not receiving
