Photobucket Photo Storage

Have been able to download for free, and today get an email that I now need to pay monthly to access them! Hard pass, do not use this shady company!

Photobucket finally updated their app so that it no longer looks like it’s ten years in the past.

Wowww wow they I had photo bucket since I was pretty young and now all of a sudden they are charging and they won’t give you access to your photos until you pay?!!! So instead of grandfathering people who have had the app since it came out you hold their photos hostage that’s horrible.

You can’t even sign up for an account without getting a subscription. Which I’ve used photobucket before. IT IS NOT WORTH PAYING FOR!

I was happy the first year (2024) with the browser version of this application, but the mobile app never sorted properly. (Sorted by upload date.) In October 2025, I no longer could login to the browser application and then the “Sort by Title” function stopped working. For almost 3 months, Support and the Engineers have been trying to resolve these two issues (access and sorting). Now, I am told this is a “bigger issue affecting many accounts.” I can’t use the mobile app since it doesn’t sort properly and I can’t use the browser version due to login issues. I have lost confidence in this company and this app!

They make it so incredibly difficult to cancel your subscription. Sleazy and gross business practices. I will never recommend

It was mildly useful when it was free now that they're holding your data hostage for money, it's just not a reasonable resource for what they do. When I signed up years ago we had an agreement that it would be free, now if I don't pay them my data is unavailable to me. This app is dying, let it go in peace

I've had Photobucket for about eighteen years. I really appreciate them. I love them from the bottom of my heart. They've been able to keep my cherished and most precious memories in one place for all these years even after not logging in for yrs thank you thank you thank you, Photobucket

I been trying to get my pictures out of this app and SOMETIMES it let’s me download 10 at the time and sometimes 1 at the time. This is the worst app I have ever use and for the price is a joke!

Photobucket used to be my go to place. And I would’ve paid for it if they had given us a decent amount of storage. But you can only store up to so much. And then after that point you gotta pay and it’s not even worth it. I suggest you find a different place a better place. Photobucket has gone to the dogs. Bow Wow.
