I use it for transferring old photos into digital format. With a bit of practice it does the job quickly with pretty good results.

I use it to copy written documents and also send photos.

Easy set up Easy to use Not time consuming

It’s not perfect, not as good as scanning a photo in, but it’s a lot better than taking a photo of a photo like a lot of people seem to do. It does tend to adjust the colours slightly for the worse, but 9 times out of 10 it correctly identifies the corners of the photo.

Left with an enormous task of making sense and putting into folders around 3,000 loose photos which came to light when we moved house. I was pulling my hair out, trying to scan each photo (with lousy results from my printer). Now, I am whizzing through them and I have warmed to the task. Absolutely fantastic app. Well done Google!

I love that you can alter where the corners are, and for a free app this is a game changer. Have scanned all my photos, no problem, and has even saved me when scanning documents to send away too

Great app, I just did all my kid’s school photos and it was bloody amazing, takes away the glare from your camera and straightens up any wonky photo paper lines there might be, highly recommended!!(I don’t ever write reviews but this was so good I felt compelled to share my thoughts)

Such a great app and no subscriptions!

Was able to easily scan about 100-200 photos in one go and turned out great. Some had incorrect borders but it lets you edit them.
