I posted same question and asked the whole day, and no one can provide me an explanation, just one single question. I also sent a lot of email to support, however, they all useless, I am about to finish my rest if credits and I won’t use this app forever.

Before one was better not this 1 credit per 1 question

the tutors are so low level

no matter what question i ask,most of them can't finish it in 10 minutes ,and they promise they will still provide full steps in the next 10 minutes,but there are no response.And they also give me the wrong answers,you are here to help the students,not only for money

It depends

If the person who answered your question knows what he/she is doing, then yes it definitely helps, sometimes they even do it marvelously , but if the person who answered your question doesn't know what he/she is doing, and types incredibly slow, then you won't get much out of it.

I want to delete my account in the app and there isn't any section or anything that could hep to delete ur account also no matter how many time I tap on the screen it wouldn't change my profile picture, I am really disappointed with this app, I thought people would actually help u with ur studies
