I have emailed customer support at least three times and have yet to receive a reply. I purchased the premium lifetime subscription to get family sharing but it is yet to work. The app does not appear in my family sharing subscriptions meaning we are unable to use it on multiple Apple IDs. If this is your reason for purchasing this app - DON’T.
I’m trying to backup my photos and videos from iPhone to windows 11 pc but it keeps using the main C drive where as I want to backup to an external drive. I have selected an E drive during installation but it keeps backing up to the C drive , am I missing something?
I’ve recently paid for this app and am delighted this solution exists. I can now stop backing my photos onto cloud services and take back control of my content. I have the app install on my phone and the companion app installed on my computer. With just a couple of clicks I can wirelessly and painlessly transfer my photos to my computer. Works with macs and windows. I can then decide to keep the photos on my phone or delete them after transfer. Very powerful app and user friendly design. No more monthly hosting fees for me. Just one thing. When I transfer my photos to the computer it would be great if there was an icon on my phone app to say which photos have already been uploaded. (Edit: YAY this is possible. PhotoSync shows which photos are “new” and have not been uploaded. WOW! Thanks for developing a robust and much needed app!

I found this app last week when I was struggling. I use Snapseed on my iPad a lot for photo editing but found it decreased the resolution by almost half when saving the results. I needed to print some and so had to find a solution to my problem. This app does it all. Thank you Photosync. You have made photo transfer a lot easier.
