Good app for keeping a check on your filter and reminding you when it’s ready for changing. I would like to suggest one enhancemene, the ability to be able to pause the countdown for example when on holiday or away from home.

Had an issue where it wouldn’t update the elapsed time. But that seems to be solved now.

The app is pretty useless as it all is does is count down days. Doesn’t take into account how much water is filtered. We only filter about 1 litre in our kettle per day, so the filter should last 200 days. Would be good the be able to adjust the number of days.

The app does what it is meant to do. However, it would be great if you could change the number of days. My water is to hard that I have to change the filter every 30 days max.

I get the message and no chance to provide an email address every time I open the app. Sounds like it did work and the contact support message should provide a link to contact support. Edited: Uninstall and reinstalled app and entered my email address and the Push error no longer comes up. Will update in 45 days to confirm if I get the notification but it should say a full reinstall is required.

Would be a lot more useful if notifications actually worked

i have never had this app actually remind me to replace my filter. as someone with adhd it's incredibly easy for these tasks to slip my mind and then i go way too long between filter changes. really disappointing because their filters are amazing but the app just doesn't work.

The only reason I need this app is for notifications to change the filters but it has never worked in nearly 2 years! I’ve just deleted it and downloaded again to give it one last chance

Fails every Time always push notification failed. I’ve resorted to just setting up the reminder in my calendar so there’s now no need for this to waste space on my phone

No notification to change filter so I have to check app to see when it’s due. Kind of defeats the object. May as well just put a reminder in my phone.
