The Phox Water app replaces the need for physical timers which indicate when to change your water filter. Simply select which product you currently use, enter the date you replaced your latest Phox filter and let the app notify you when it is time to change your filter. Notifications will be sent when you have 5 days remaining, 4 days remaining, 1 day and when it's time to replace.
The app also has a contact page that lets you quickly get in touch with a Phox representative to answer any query.

Phox Water FAQ
Is Phox Water free?
Yes, Phox Water is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Phox Water legit?
⚠️ The Phox Water app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Literally all it’s meant to do is count days. Then when I wonder how many days are left because it feels overdue, I click the app to see it’s logged me out, and it’s gone past the count without alerting me. Guess I’ll just use the calendar app instead
Garbage
Have to create an account and log in just to access a timer (presumably for data scrape and sell), which doesn’t even manage to send a notification.
Just set a reminder or something, this is useless.
App doesn’t give notifications
When I first started using this I would get notifications for when the new filter was due, last couple of times there hasn’t been any notifications. I just happened to check and it’s showing as already expired. What else is the app for if it’s not to notify when the new filters are due?!!!
No push notifications
It’s a handy timer but one where you have to remember to look at it because “push notifications failed”. Defeating the point of the app. Employ someone to fix it.
Too basic
Given you use this app when you’re refilling the filter, it would be useful to have information about how to do that. Even links to instructions on the web would work. But you just get the standard social media stuff. Really frustrating.
Looks great, that is all.
The purpose of the app is to alert you to change filter, I have all notifications enabled and only discovered I was overdue when water tasted off, had it been a day / a week who knows as it does not count up after reaching zero. I would be better just setting a calendar alert than using this app.
Notification fault
Still suffering from the annoying notification fault. Been unresolved for months
No update in two years!
The “Push notification failed” has still not been fixed! Two years! Please respect your customers and provide a working app that at least alerts you when it’s time to change the filter, but is also adjustable to peoples needs as others have suggested. Do you want to save the world or not? Or are you just another faceless capitalist company that doesn’t walk the talk?
Good ap
Would it be possible on next version to send alert to phone when filter is due to be changed
Has never worked
Downloaded a couple of years ago when I started buying Phox but it has always just said push notifications failed so might as well delete it
