Fitivity had the best series of fitness and athletic training apps in the App Store. Being an "old" man of 53, I have problems with plantar fasciitis and my lower back. The routines have helped me tremendously UPDATE: Now the app is requiring me to create an account, when I didn’t have to before. I tried to create an account, but received a message saying an account already exists. I never created an account previously. I chose the option to reset the password. I never received an Email for the password reset. Just let me use the app I paid for. 👎 I did not mention that I did press ‘restore’ to get my purchases back. I apologize for that. There still is the problem with receiving an Email to reset my password, which I never get.
I sprained my ankle recently and had put together some exercises on my own in order to fully recover and get back to running. However, this app already has a set program for ankle sprains and after using it for one day I already love it! For each day, it puts together a 45 min. PT program complete with target and functional exercises. Even if you do not have all the equipment necessary, it includes modifications without therabands, foam rollers, etc. which still give you the benefit of the exercise. All the exercises are complete with narrated video instructions. This app is the closest you can get to a physical therapist without a physical therapist ;)....can't wait to see my progress after one week!
I love this app. It was helping. But now I can't go in it since the new update. Please fix this
