I mistakenly subscribed on the 16/11/2023 and canceled it and also asked for a refund but up till date I have not received any refund but it shows and says it has been refunded please I need my money. They ask you to contact thè but there’s no email and even if you try sending it it shows sever not found. It’s not something nice to do. I have waited for more days but no refund why.
It takes to long to take the picture and it makes me hold still for like 2 minutes
When I use this it’s accurate, for the most part, and gives me correct answers! This has been a life saver! It not only gives you answers for free, but the AI explains how it got its answers, which helps me understand the question! Only reason I gave it four stars because it not always 100% accurate. (Be careful when you take pictures and only capture one question only!)
You see, I’m a 19 year old and I have been trying to save money and it said to buy something I don’t remember and I had to put my Face ID and it bought it and I waisted all my money so could I get my money back I really need it for my little sisters birthday,and it’s like any other app having to pay for anything and it gives you the wrong answers so fix that issue and for the people who want to use this app don’t use it it’s basically useless because it gives you the wrong answers!😡

I love this app when it comes to homework or missing assignments. It’s not just that but it helps me with stuff I don’t know or didn’t know. It’s good it just need other school subjects on here. But other than that I wanted to give y’all a 4.5 but it only let me give y’all 4. But I rate y’all a 4.5/5.
