Latest Update is a Step Back

UI was fine in previous version. Now it’s very clunky and doesn’t feel natural. Also moving the rewards to 3500 is poor form. I’m out!

Cannot claim free coffee

When you say free coffee for first time on the app I expect it to work. I pressed the claim but it still wants to charge me. Worse, a platform fee for ordering via the app. Will not recommend.

Just don’t

Visit the store in person. The food is great but they use door dash as delivery partners. The restaurant gave the delivery person my order 40 minutes ago and they have not moved with it… I really can’t waiting to have my cold chicken wings and chips …

Cant order

Tells me to verify phone then errors that its already verified

Poor customer support

The in-app customer support is of such a low quality that I deleted my account permanently - not supporting this business with my loyalty

Easy app to use

Order a morning coffee ahead of my working day, using this app. By the time I am there, I have my coffee ready to go! One day I will try ordering a meal and looking forward to it. The app is super easy to use. Glad I found it; it helps the start of my day. Thanks Piccolo Me team!
