Asap order not found

pick n pay asap after paying for my items I couldn’t track my order and the order history was empty. The app still requires me to pay but the money I paid first was not refunded how do I pay for the same items twice??? And no confirmation email for your order. I wouldn’t recommend the new app as it doesn’t have the wallet to store the credit which was then supposed to be your refund due to items being out of stock as well. I think the old app is better than the new upgrade. Sent an email regarding my refund hopefully they will make mends.

Please keep the rating option for packing & for driver Packaging was not good this time Also please check bugs for Refunds on new app Thank you ASAP

Horrible experience

I’ve recently started using the app after FNB switched to Pick n Pay and I’ve had the most horrible experiences. Their inventory is not updated and most of the stuff comes back out of stock, the money you’ve paid when submitting the order is not refunded back. There was a time when I paid twice for the same order and the money is still gone. The app is not so responsive. When adding items it takes a while to update the cart. I want my money back. Sometimes the store accepts orders and there is just no movement and you get a notification after 8pm that the order was cancelled.😭😭😭The inconvenience!!!Its terrible

Bad service

This asap has the worst service ever, I made an order and waited hours without feedback. I even called the customer lines and sent an email with no response, I hope I can be assisted

Terrible

Tried to order twice, both times waited 3 hours, for the support team to say it’s a technical issue, the order doesn’t show up on the system. No where near checkers efficiency.

They took my money and didn’t send my order!

Very Buggy, Freezes Constantly

The app is very frustrating to use as it keeps crashing after doing some simple things like trying to add a new card for payment.

No shopping list

This app is frustrating to use. Have to manually find every item every time. Give us a shopping list function to add our regular items to please.

Poor customer service at Mnyandu mall

Pick n Pay Mnyandu asap been disappointed for more than once…they pick rubbish items things not in good conditions that wouldn’t pick for themselves. They’re customer service is poor and rubbish
