My new “Clash Royale”

I decided to conclude playing Clash Royale at the pandemic year of 2020 and focus mainly on PC Games, and an idle game, Stone Story RPG. The idle game advertised Pickle Pete and immediately piqued my interest. It’s now one of my main phone games. I like that it works offline. I also like that it doesn’t show you ads unless you chose to do so. So far! Stone Story RPG is like that too. The ads gives rewards. I wish other games are like this. No more forced ads. The gaming mechanic — perfect pacing, great itemization and upgrade systems. Great progression system. There are side games with different formats to spruce things up. Hard to get bored with this game!

What makes vampire survivors addictive is it’s a very simple game like running football player game with magic. Goal is to survive 30 minutes with increasing difficulty but you implemented it by wave levels which cuts the dopamine stack and excitement. I don’t know but I played 4 levels already and it’s not engaging tbh. The team behind this should learn more about the psychology of gaming rather than forcing to be unique for the sake of being unique. Also the option to buy items every wave doesn’t make sense as it presents so much information already and kills the mystery factor.

i enjoyed the game.
