Finally you have app now. When I started up my business in 2021, I had this booking site only. No app. I gotta have to try this app out!

I was researching booking softwares and I chose this one. It is hard to know all the questions to ask. I have a million things to do to set up my business so I signed up for the paid version. After doing so I realized that when you connect Square the customer is not able to tap in the square device and have it go through to close out in the booking system. You have to manually put the card number in the system. This is a basic function that this software cannot do. This won’t work for us and the company wouldn’t provide a refund even though we hadn’t used the software yet. I am writing this review because I didn’t want this to happen to anyone else.

I just need a basic calendar to keep track of my many work schedules. I don’t need or want a bunch of AI features, but the free version is clunky to use and doesn’t allow repeating appointments. What a pain.

Mostly like this app but needs more work. I’ve tried with their service team to get it to sync to my iPhone 3 times with no luck. The goal is not to have to double enter things into my phone but I need notifications or appointment reminders. Preferable the ability to set it to a day before and an hour before or even a weekly or daily notification with your appointments for the week/day. I love the client text reminders and the ability for them to book their own appointments. Having to scroll down times in 5 minute increments is silly would love to just type them in. Also, if you click on a day to set an appointment it doesn’t open to that day. It opens to the current day. Easier to use on desktop than on the app. Needs polishing.

Everything about this app is good except for the app. The app is decent, but it never loads my appointments unless I switch to a different day and then switch back. But great product

So this app is free and SUPER easy to work with! Love how simplistic it is and how smoothly it operates! Setting up services and appointments is easy, but here are some things you should implement to make it 1,000x better! - PLEASE make it where people can book multiple services at once! If someone is getting more than one service a day, they should be able to book multiple! - Add an option where when picking a service with variable options, there’s a drop down menu listing the different prices. It takes so long to add all the variables, to THEN have the client scrolling forever just to find the one specific variable from a long list in the catering menu. If these options are added, it would make the app so much better!

Love the app and the tools. Easy set up and user friendly.

Great app but needs to have a kiosk mode option for iPads to allow self check in for conferences rooms as well as check in for apppontments.
