PICKUP COFFEE

There is always an issue with the app. Sometimes you can’t select a drink without upgrading the milk and the app always crashes. Even the rewards that hasn’t been claimed was removed from my list. Very disappointing.

I have encountered crews that are not aware of my order. I usually order minutes before I go to the store but every single time, I have to inform the crew if my order from the app is ready, but NO! They’re going to make my order there and then. It just defeats the purpose of this app!

I thought it was hassle free for those of us who want to have coffee and are too lazy to go to the physical store, we tried it a while ago and we mistakenly ordered it because we thought it was a delivery app for pick up coffee, it's a hassle because it's really only for pick up.

They dont update you when the order is ready to pickup. Hopefully in your next update there is an option to chat the store.

I have tried topping up my wallet for 250 but it wont let me saying that Gcash Error or Maya error. But when i try the 500 option, it goes through. I will report this to DTI if it is not addressed properly. It seems that they just want the users to top up a huge amount of money on their app.

I topped up Php5,000 but the order does not push thru even after several trials. I ended up paying in cash! Nadoble pa gastos ko. Inconvenient and unreliable.

The app is easy to use and very convenient for grab and go. Very helpful specially for people who’s in a hurry yet needs a coffee rush.

This app is pretty great! I loaded my wallet using Gcash. It worked well and as expected. I have ordered 8 drinks with 4 different orders. It works well. I wish there was an option to tap order picked up after picking it up. It does come with an ETA but I have tried that it still was not made by the ETA. It might need an option to show if it is done early or late that it has an option in the app showing that “It is Ready for PICKUP!” I am heavily rooting for this homegrown company. It is very rare for me to see local companies grow and even have its own bloody app. I am see potential on this company and its app. I just hope they are open for feedback and keep improving. I’d rather support this company than a giant corporation like Starbucks. Supporting this little guy becoming a medium company already. 🥳
