垃圾速遞公司

濫收費，隨意調升收費之餘，送件貨由朝早送到夜晚都未送到。又唔係平過人，幫襯正規既順豐好過！

The worst apps I have used before

Seriously, their system is completely messy which we cannot cancel our orders, cannot re-pay the order, or even change our receiving address after purchased. Tried to reach their customer service centre, but their customer service centre is not friendly at all and just told me that their order cannot be cancelled and no one will assist me. This is a really terrible customer service I have ever met before!

改唔到credit card number !!

Pastry delivery!

There are sooo many local bakeries and pastry shops I have been dying to try but never got the chance to as they are not in neighbourhoods I frequent much, and not all of these shops offer delivery services. Thank you Pickupp for this great idea, and I just want to say their services are amazing. Couriers are friendly, kind and efficient!

唔出invoice又無得揀送貨時間

問佢出張invoice都出唔到🙃 送貨時間 1點至4點都未免太長🙃

有無負分俾？

完全用唔著又令你更不便的apps👎🏻cs服務態度仲好添！愈解釋愈唔明白，同佢地反映唔會想改進嫁！要客人set取貨時間但又要求如果你早左下單唔保證司機早過你取貨時間到！但如果司機到左而取唔到貨會扣你唔知咩手續費又咩計番張單幾多%👍🏻
