The application can only help you if you help it. Stepping on the scale few times a week, at the same general time of day or night; will give you the information needed to direct your fitness and health goals. If you don’t the application will give you information, but it will not be as helpful without consistency.

This app is great for measuring your weight and helping you keep weekly track of you weight loss. I’ve lost 30+ pounds and keep track every week. Great app!
This app is so inaccurate. It’s telling me I’m overweight and all that when I’m in the perfectly healthy range. It is body shaming.
The app is very user friendly. I love to review the stats. Now I started using body circumference feature, since I started a new diet. So I hope I will see the changes not only in weight but also in dimensions. Also love the biological age assessment. With specific effort a manager to get ‘younger’ :)
The first thing I do when I wake up is to get on the scale and let pick up gather important health data to guide my day. I usually set targets for some of the metrics: weight, body fat, etc. And on a particular day, if my metrics are good, I give myself a break and enjoy a little more food/drink than usual.

The app closes every time when I try to measure weight. Impossible to use and so annoying! Reset for both phone and the app didn’t help. Before that worked perfectly fine
First there was an error while registering that lasted a month. Now there is an error connecting. This new scale is seemingly not user friendly.
