Auto-renewal without clear warning — refund refused
I started the trial and, due to a human mistake, forgot to cancel in time. Without a clear reminder, the subscription auto-renewed for a full year. On the very first day I requested cancellation and a refund, having made no use of the app, but it was refused. This policy feels unfair and punitive to customers. Please add transparent reminders before charging and offer a short grace period for obvious mistakes.
