The app is stuck behind a paywall and there is no way to even get the trial to work. Waste of time

I had took a picture of a snake and it didn’t show any images and it didn’t say any information if it is poisonous or not and you also have to pay to take a picture which makes no sense

DOES NOT WORK
I had found a baby lizard in my shower/bathtub and I took a picture with flash on so it was a clear picture, and I went in to the app and inserted the picture to be scanned and I told me it did not work! Please get this fixed.
