## Picture Cross Reviews in United States

### ***** "Since you aren't responding within the game...."
I've reached out several times in the past few days, with no success.
I had been playing the boards within the special Mosaic puzzle: "Marina" themed game for several days and still have many more to go within this game and tournament.
Suddenly the Mosaic icon is gone and I can't access this section anymore.
I paid for Premium access specifically for this game, so I'm additionally annoyed by the lack of access. PLEASE RESTORE MY ACCESS!!! It takes forever to receive new games on this app anyway, and now I'm angry as well as frustrated because you took my money and then took away my access.
-- ProudUSMCMrs, 2025-09-01

### ***** "Finished"
Will you be adding more puzzles?
-- Tschl, 2025-08-30

### **--- "No longer a good game"
I have had this game for years and it used to be less ad heavy, and it didn’t drain your battery, now my phone becomes hot while I’m using it and my battery drains. The game sometimes randomly opens a webpage redirecting me there. When I’ve earned “10 mins” of “token free play” the ads still pop up wasting some of my time. It is silly to have an event where the only way I can complete the puzzle is by paying for the event package “mosaic” if that’s the case then I should be able to opt in or out of that event, or the event should give me puzzle pieces to one of the games I’m already working on. I find it ironic that the “most helpful” that auto populate reviews are from years ago, years ago this was a good game, it was simple in its nature, it had no tournaments or events, just more of like a scavenger hunt, the more puzzles you unlocked the more of the scavenger you found. There were no gimmick now that’s all there is. Sometimes less is more.
-- RealKDV, 2025-08-29

### ****- "Not so much a review but a request"
I wish the developers of this game would allow you to use coins in lieu of tokens. I have a ton of coins that I will never use and it irritates me that I have to either do surveys or buy tokens to do more puzzles since I love doing them so much.
-- Scudnole, 2025-08-23

### **--- "Was fun"
Now they force you to buy Premium to complete picture groups. Just end development if you want to kill off the game instead of alienating your users.
-- Fathorse2, 2025-08-21

### ***** "Not recommended if you hate ads"
The reason I did 5 star is so y’all can see it but this game would be sooo fun without after every level an ad 😡
-- i rewiw 12345, 2025-08-20

### *---- "Frustrating Tapjoy offers"
Tapjoy offers have not been working properly for a week now. Trying to address it with support and Tapjoy/unity has been an absolute joke. Neither is addressing the issue and keeps bouncing me back and forth between the two.
-- MC4314, 2025-08-17

### ****- "Awesome app!"
I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED THIS APP! KEEP COMING BACK, EVEN WHEN I LOST MY ACCOUNT! LOVE THAT YOU GUYS ARE ADDING NEW FEATURES & ONE OF MY FAV PARTS ARE THE OPTIONS TO ESRN FROM TAPJOY! !! WHEN I HAVE FREE TIME - TAPJOY IS A GREAT TIME KILLER/ WAY TO EARN COINS & ESP. TOKENS! THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE (HAVE EVER HAD) IS I WAS SO HAPPY TO REINSTALL IT, ALTHOUGH I HAD TO START OBER BUT SINCE MY IPAD IS GETTING OLD, IT IS LOSING SUPPORT FROM SOME APPS/GAMES. I DO NOT PLAY MUCH, SO THE ONES I DO PLAY ARE THE BEST! HOWEVER, IT KEEPS CRASHING!! IT IS NOT THE GAMES FAULT … JUST MAKES ME SAD!! :*(. SO, I MAY HAVE TO QUIT PLAYING FOR A WHILE UNTIL I AM ABLE TO GET A NEW ONE! MAYBE ADDING AN OFFLINE OPTION WOULD BE HELPFUL — BC THAT HELPS WHEN THIS ISSUE ARRISES! TY!
—————UPDATE ABOVE—————
Seriously fantastic app!! It has TONS of puzzles!! (Nonograms) The only things I think I would change are: To have a choice to time your puzzles and to have challenges with rewards for all of the packs vs. just the first one! Maybe if someone buys something, they become VIP & therefore can earn rewards for the other puzzles...if not some type of reward(s) then trophies ...or collection cards similar to trophies. Also, I would add a competitive aspect where people can keep record of how long it took to beat it & challenge themselves or others. Like a book of the pic of each puzzle/name with the time (fastest & slowest) it took you to beat each. Then you can compare it to and compete with your friends/family!? : ) Anyway, it’s a cool app for any person who knows the picross basics. I LOVE a challenge ... & this definitely gives it! Also, it makes your brain work! Gotta love those brain games!! Oh and I also love the sale prices on the tokens/coins! ; ) Thanks guys!!

### ***-- "Great game when it doesn’t crash"
Daily app crashing and several times a day
-- Doortle, 2025-08-13

### **--- "Ok"
Good game, personally would love more “super-hard” 15x15 levels… There are so many 30-50 token puzzles it makes it frustrating. And tokens only recharge up to 10, so you have to replay a lot just to get to that 50 token mark. And to replay is 250 coins per puzzle. So it makes it almost I possible for continuous play.
