What a shame, another app ruined by money grubbers who actually think people are going to pay for a dumb subscription. Bye bye.
Pics wont save. It randomly deletes a pic I upload. Hope upgrading to Pro solves this as they don't have info regarding what Pro does/benefits. Twelve hours later…still no response from Support.
DO NOT USE THIS APP. The five stars are from people that have not had their pictures disappear. Its not if they will disappear, its when. Then your five star will go to one, and you get zero response from these clowns. These people should be sued. You trust them with important items only for them to be lost.
I have written several emails asking for support for this app and I have not received a single response. Very unprofessional and a waste of money! Don’t download this app, the customer service is non existent, and will never answer
Great app that needs slight improvements. The decoy pic section needs to take a pic of the snoop and shut off. I’d prefer it takes a pic of the snoop to be able to confront them about breaking our trust promise if I’m right. A third passcode for a partitioned folder would be great.

I have sworn by this app for years…but for the last month, when I log in it gets stuck in a perpetual sign in loop rendering me unable to access any of my photos. When you click on “app support” it just takes you back to the login screen which is now precluding me from getting support. So frustrated that I’m unable to access my stuff in a time of need.
