The app is equivalent to calling a can company on the phone. It saves you the initial step of sharing your address, but anything else (determining when your cab arrives, where it is, etc.) is handled by phone (they call your number).

More generally, my family who doesn’t speak Spanish cannot use this app, for the same reason they cannot call a cab company: English-speaking operators are rare.
App not working properly
The app was working ok until I had a recent update. All of a sudden I was asked for my username and password. I pressed “forgot password “ and I do not receive any emails with my new access code even though it says it has been sent.

Big Fat 0 stars!
I called, asked for ingles and was immediately hung up on. Every cab driver told me to use the app. Then I read the reviews which state cabs didn’t show. My Airbnb host even said he could call and schedule, but it’s not guaranteed. WTH?? Not even worth using this company especially if you need to get to the airport or train station since they seem so unreliable. Stick to the busses
Functional…most of the time
I used this app in Jerez de la Frontera. I found it was functional but not amazing. Occasionally it didn’t work. It’s not Uber: Most of the time the tracker showing the taxi coming on the app wasn’t accurate. Even when you plug in your destination and payment method in the app you still have to tell the driver in person. There is also a button to call a phone number and that worked most of the time as well
Awful service
This is definitely worst taxi service ever. They pushed out Uber to not cut the rates, and nobody can “steal” their job, but they are literally do not completing their job. This is not only concerns the app, I’m talking about taxi service in Alicante generally.
This is just horrible, as long as all other countries offering you lovely and quick service, and here because of them u loosing the best moments of your life!

Taxi never came
We scheduled a pickup several days in advance. We waited over 10 minutes and the taxi never came. The app provides no way to contact anyone about a late taxi. Completely useless and we almost missed our train because of it. Had to end up running with our suitcases through Toledo’s old center.
Totally Useless
Good thing I read the horrible reviews and paid attention to all the horrible ratings. Well here is one more. Taxi never showed up, good thing I ordered a backup shuttle to the airport and took a taxi from there, or else I would have missed my train and loss 300 euro on the ticket. This app should be deleted from the App Store. If your reading this heed my warning. Unless you got time to waste waiting for a taxi that there is a good chance will never show up, use a more reliable tested form of transportation service to make your travel destinations on time.
Tarda demasiado
Últimamente tarda mucho en encontrar un taxi ya luego más lo que tarda en llegar el taxi , al final es más rentable ir a pie.
