I was recommended by a friend to see Dr Alan Perry. My friend spoke about him with excited so much that I started to use him as my primary doctor. My first appointment the Dr was personable and you could tell he’s a great listener. Hope this review helps someone find a great Dr like Dr. Alan Perry

The Practicioner I spoke with Cindy was not listening to help she was listening to hurry and answer and get me off the phone. She did not consider how I as a patient felt nor was she talking as if she cared at all.

I want to get a message to one of my health care providers. I’ve tried calling and leaving a message with no response. I wanted to send a message by Piedmont Now but I can’t figure out how to add my provider to my message list. Thanks George Knowles It seems like this should be something that would be easy to do.

Many things available when outside of your network, hope that I don’t ever need it.

I am immensely pleased by having this increased access to my medical information and am grateful that after all these years, the medical establishment understands their responsibility to provide patients with open access. But, I am repeatedly dismayed and frustrated by the intermittent physician response to posted questions about issues of importance. I am told that the physicians wanted MyChart. If thats so, why is their responsiveness so poor.

For a while, I have been feeling like I’m Service Provider and not the consumer with Dr. Kuttupan. He is rude and he talks at me as a patient. Nothing is convenient! Everything is more work for the patient. I will be finding another care provider.
