Piing lost my expensive shirt, drags on the payment
I do not recommend using Piing! They do not take care of your clothes. They lost my expensive shirt, took time to respond to just finally realized they lost it. They said they can only pay up to 10x the cost of dry cleaning (which is in their fine print).
Even that, they did not pay on time and has failed to respond to many email follow up.
Better be safe and use other service providers.
Terrible quality of wash
Despite multiple complaints, the laundry smells like it’s been soaked in laundry powder with a smell so heavy I have to rewash it. This is in addition to a previous incident of an entire load of dark colour laundry coming back with bleached patches. After receiving credit from complaints, the following bill did not deduct from credit and instead use credit card payment which defeats the purpose of a wallet credit. While I like the convenience of the service the frustration of the quality of the wash is no longer worth it.
Don’t add credit card to this app
Incorrectly charged me and now I don’t want to use the app. But app wont let me delete the credit card, and now I might have to check card for improper charges all the time!

Poor service & communication
They don’t turn up and upon calling the call centre then they give excuses. Tried for the 1st time, not good experience.
Missing item
I never got a respond regarding my missing gown which was reported and your personal assured me was being investigated.
Stained towels
Wrote to the support regarding the stained towels issue on 19 apr. No get back at all! Very poor service. Total 9 pieces of my white towels are stained!!!! This was the third time!!!
Lowest bar ever
You can always be sure that they’ll call you to move the day at the last minute or to advise you that they’ll arrive 2-3 hours in advance or later than expected. No issue, of course. We use their service because we have nothing to do but stay at home and wait for them. This is a solid business case on how to be consistent in delivering a bad service
