Kerstin’s Pilates workouts are very challenging but enjoyable. There’s different classes depending on how much time you have available. It’s great value and fits in with my busy schedule…classes available when and where I can do them.

I have been loving PBK. She’s an amazing instructor! So calming and her workouts are no joke! It’s straightforward and effective. I really enjoy and look forward to her workouts and I feel no anxiety or stress getting on my mat, but I know I got an amazing workout in. I love how she incorporates weight training into her Pilates classes as well! Definitely one of the best Pilates apps I have ever tried. I bought the annual subscription bc I enjoyed it so much!

Been practicing Pilates for a long time, tried many different virtual instructors, but keep coming back to Kerstin always!

I love this workout app!!! The workouts are so easy to follow along with and so relatable. There are plenty of different options so it is so easy to fit in a workout even if you don’t have a lot of time!

I’m so glad I found this app. It’s so convenient and I love Kerstin and that she has all levels. There are so many workouts to choose from even different time amounts so if you don’t have a ton of time she meets that need for you. Thank you for an amazing Pilates app!!!

this app makes pilates so accessible! i love kerstin’s philosophy on exercise and her videos go into more detail about it in the app. this was really helpful in changing my mindset with working out/weight loss. the workouts are a great addition to my other activities. this app and kerstin inspire me to get my body moving because it feels good and the rest comes naturally💛 10/10 recommend starting with the beginner 1 month program! it really helped to integrate this movement into my every day!

Every time I do one of these workouts my muscles are on fire!! Kerstin’s workouts make my body toned and lean. Couldn’t be happier with the results I’m seeing!

I’ve struggled to find a regular workout program that works for me and has a variety of options, depending on how I’m feeling. The app itself is very pretty and simple to use. The workouts are perfect and straight forward. The added food recipes are great as well and I’ve actually used a few. Just all around such a great app and program, I really love it.
