Utter dung. Doesn't show any moves and only a still pictures of positions. No mention of core / neutral spine etc. just go to a Pilates class. Sorry for bad review but I need Pilates to keep my back flexible due to a medical condition and this really doesn't help

No exercises, just a black screen.
Rubbish! Waste of time: no description of how to do exercise. It just a way to encourage you to buy the next apps. Might as well buy a good one to start with
I downloaded the free version to get a taster before buying the 'real thing'. On opening it looked promising but when I tried to open on a workout or exercise all I got on my i-pad was a black screen - no workout/exercise.
This clearly states it is not a link to you tube and as soon as you play the video it goes straight to you tube, not what I was looking for at all.
Please do not confuse the exercises in this app with that if Pilates. The demonstrations do not show good form or display the principles that under pin the method.
I thought I was buying a Pilates app. In these videos it had no mention of neutral spine, lateral thoracic breathing or core engagement which I am lead to believe are the basic fundamentals of Pilates. What a waste of time and money this app was.
This is a really good free app. Yes it does take you to you tube videos but it makes it easy to choose what kind of exercises you want to do through the various sections. I had no issues with the app crashing or closing when using it on my home WIFI on my iPhone 4 running iOS 5.1. The Range of exercises are really good, with clear guidance on the all important breathing. Would defo recommend.
Good app to follow but it keeps crashing and you have to keep deleting and re downloading it!
