Abby Suskin is a former tightwire walker turned Pilates instructor with over 20 years of professional movement experience. She retired from the circus after 20 years of performing and became an established pillar of the New York City fitness community. She founded Pilates With Abs in March of 2020 to raise money for NYC Hospitals in response to the pandemic, and bringing people together through movement has been her mission ever since. Abby delivers the boutique Pilates experience directly to you, pulling from her diverse movement education to give all bodies a vigorous, yet restorative full body workout. Her instruction is technical and joyful, and will leave you feeling radiant. You’ll never look back!

Pilates with Abs is a must - Abby’s flexible class catalog makes it easy to jump into any type of class depending on what your body needs. Come for the tough but rewarding workouts, stay for the feeling you get after a class with Abby. Abby exudes personality and positivity, I always leave her classes feeling refreshed and energized.
The perfect Pilates on the go
I love the breath of classes Abby offers with Pilates with Abs! The app makes it so easy to take a class on the go with different class length options depending on the time I have available (her 15min spicy Abs workout really makes you sweat and such a great workout!). Props or no props, plus alterations of moves which is super helpful! Highly recommend Pilates with Abs! So many on demand classes to choose from based on my day and I love that there’s lives classes! For every level too, and she always makes everyone feel welcomed :)
Best at home pilates!
Abby’s videos are clear and provide a great balance of mobility and strength work. Directions are always clear and motivating! Abby keeps content fresh and the community feature is nice too.

Abby’s classes are so amazing, there’s a class for every mood! Easy to target specific areas or get a full body work out. Whether you need a quick 20 minutes or a full hour she’s got it! Amazing flow and queuing too. 10/10 would recommend.
