Located between Wynwood and Midtown, Pilathon is a boutique Pilates studio with highly educated Pilates teachers that will teach you mindful Pilates and meditation. We offer private one-on-one classes as well as small group classes. Only six people per group class to assure personalized attention.
Our promise to you is that our classes always offer a variety of "Mix 'n' Match" exercises that will boost your energy and revitalize your health.
We are committed to help you achieve quality of movement, mindful living and a healthier-happier life.

Our services include Health and lifestyle coaching as well as guided meditation +sound-healing and Theta Healing meditation.

We are now teaching group and private one-on-one classes online via live streaming with Zoom!
