Very good app but could be better.

Spike Jim on

Does the job it’s meant to do but sadly seems to crash a lot. Ive been using this app for a number of years now and i am still happy with it.

Almost perfect but probably the best

codevolunt on

This is the best I have used to date. The only thing lacking is the facility to choose a setting which will repeatedly activate the alarm if you don't respond or clear a notification. Then it would have all I need!

Great way to keep track of my medication.

Easy to use and setup with handy reminders. Very helpful if your memory isn’t the best.

Paid for Pro but they want me to pay again

MrOmori on

Previously I used the free version of the app, was happy enough with it to want to pay for the upgrade to the Pro version (exactly the same as the free version from my experience) now I keep getting pop ups wanting more money through subscription. The app isn’t good enough to justify the price the want to charge and I certainly won’t be downloading the app again if it stops working. That’s the app now stopped working, can’t progress without paying a ridiculous subscription price for an app that fails to actually do anything I wanted other than save me having to go through my bags of pills to check how much I have.

Driven by greed - intend to delete

Weedfmc on

Have used for many years - simple app, no real changes over the years and now repeatedly asking for subscription - NO justification and simply NOT worth it. If it stops working I will delete

Sort the Alerts!

cyberwes on

Sorry I have given one star but this is the only to get anyone to take any notice these days. If this issue is sorted all remove the rating and add 5 stars. So this app is vital for health. But when an alert sounds even if it’s on “high pitch” it does two small quiet noises and that’s it. It doesn’t keep alerting until is is responded to - which in my opinion it should. Also I don’t think you’re fully engaged the new APOs from Apple around Focus and Time Sensitive Alavert’s. If I was in a work meeting but had to take important time sensitive heart medication or antibiotics or HIV medication, even if I had silenced calls and WhatsApp’s and instagram messages from my buddies I would WANT the alert to be loud and clear so I could excuse myself and do what I need to do to protect my life. Same at night. I don’t want to be woken by friends drunk-calls at 3am. But. I do need to be woken to take certain medication otherwise I wake up on pain and unable to work. The rest of the app os amazing. Only other suggestion would be an “audit” tool for the numbers of medications left. You can amend them via “fill up” but it may not be that they have been used. They maybe have loat or forgotten about and thrown away. And so it’s not as simple as just adding a defill to the existing number - ok mostly it is - but someone’s one needs to do a full count of everything that have at a set time and date as as not to affect reminders and re-input these numbers so it’s is precise moving forward.

Not happy having to pay again for something I have already paid for. Happy to see Apple will be doing one in IOS 16. Will cancel this one.
