They really hype up this app but it’s giving me more anxiety being down for hours. My kid has been at camp for about 24hrs and so far I got two tagged photos, a weather update stating they would give two more updates today and nothing. Now the app won’t open for anyone.
The latest update has rendered the app unusable. Deleting and reinstalling hasn’t worked. I can’t access camper mail or see if he has any money left if I can even get in at all.
My son is at camp now - july 7th week 2024 - and your software update today has made the app crash on both a phone and iPad. Can someone get a fix out please
This happened last year to me while my son was at camp and it’s happening again this year. It shows the same info each time I open it until I delete the app then re download it to get it to update. Other then that it good, it’s just pain having to do so.

Download the app. Reset password. And still can’t get in. What’s the point of the app when I can’t even log in to use it?!
I’m really unsure who is this app is supposed to be for. Outside of being a parent, invitees cannot send camp mail, receive camp mail, add funds for campers. As an Aunt of a camper who was invited to the app, I wanted to surprise my niece with extra funds to spend, however this isn’t allowed. The same goes for letters also. Why wouldn’t we be able to send and receive mail?? Why have this app and invite family to the app and there is zero access to anything. Photos are not updated regularly and when they are, it’s the same kids in the photos everyday. So I’m am really unsure what this app is supposed to be used for. Will be deleting.
The app works but it may take a day or two and a few quits/restarts before it does.
The app does not work as the Q and A states it should. People you add cannot see photos. I can add to the camp store, send a letter, and see photos my camper is tagged in. I added my husband and several others, but they can only see the blog posts. Not even the info about the counselors or tagged photos of my camper. I tried to remove access for my husband (which I would then reinstate) but it won’t even allow me to remove him. :(
Added this app and phone suddenly started getting hot to the touch!! Never experienced this before. Removed immediately
