Review the pineapple app
The only thing I can do is confirm that I’ll be there my appointment. I cannot check any of my test results diagnosis or anything else. I don’t know if it’s me or the application.

Very professional and courteousz
Freezes
Trying to edit my insurance card info/photos and when I tap the edit the screen just freezes up.
Very Easy To Navigate
I love that I can get info on my health by just utilizing my face id! I had a couple procedures done on Saturday and already got my results, without having to wait until I go to the doctor.
Not working
This app is saying to update but nothing is available… I cannot access my records!
Required update makes it impossible for me to use both the Pine App and my Dexcom CGM.
Because my Dexcom g6 CGM requires iOS 16.6, and is not approved for iOS 17.1, I can no longer use my Baptist Health app due to the required update. If you can retain the backwards compatibility, I would not have to give up one or the other.
Easy to Use
The app is user friendly, for any level. The format and layout is simple. The reports load quickly. Love that I have access to my medical notes, later in the day, the same day as my appointments.
Professionalism!
When you have the privilege of being a Baptist employee and at same time you need like a patient receiving medical service here, you feel satisfied because of good care you have here… Congratulations physician and employees of MCI and whole Baptist System!
Won’t let me update
It says I need a later OS to update and it won’t let me update to the latest version that is compatible with my OS. So can’t log on.
