Recently Joined, unable to add my debit card, called few times , said they will escalate

I was going on holidays my balance was €20 when I came back home from holidays yesterday app showing balance € -58.73.

Brilliant would Recommend to all. I want to put my first name as A B, No Middle name, and Surname. Can you amend this please

Why do I have to enter a nickname. I’ll never remember the name I entered anyhow. I didn’t receive any confirmation message the first time. I had to delete the card and start over. Soo poorly designed. UX people should be fired.

It doesn’t update proper

Never gives accurate reading for balance only updated every few days.

The worst money sucking company there is, if you ever get the option NEVER sign up with them. The worst customer service, the slowest responses and obviously all they ever care for is stealing your money these bunch of thieves so they are!

Great app for top up and insights to usage. Works well.

What a piece of rubbish, the app only works for top ups, that’s it. It does 1% of what it says it does.

I’ve been using Pinergy Smart for the last two years, and the app must be the most inconsistent piece of nonsense ever developed. It updates your balance a few days or at best weeks, and then it stops. The smart display we have is also non functional, so non-functionality seems to be the common denominator of Pinergys service. They are consistent in charging massively for bad service, if my landlord wasn’t on contract with them, I would ditch them in a blink.
