Why is it you do an update and make it worse than before? This is crap. Also why can’t you simplify the bloody thing. 6-8 screens to select before you can get working on the next operation ! We are not stupid, why don’t you just let us go from one operation to the next with just one acknowledgment message? Some of us have to justify every minute of our time and don’t have the luxury of sitting on our arses in an office pressing lots of buttons for a living. Obviously designed by someone who has no practical understanding of how a workshop actually runs!

Terrible app signs you out and loops round with error messages.

I feel it would be less painful having your toenails removed with some pliers and then snorting lines of acid?? Please fix the app!!!! Had enough of this deleting the app in a morning just to clock in and when you want to change onto another job guess what well you’ve got to delete the app again and reinstall it …

Not sure how but this app seems to get worse with every update. Used to work ok with some minor issues but recently I can’t even clock in or log on and off jobs makes the app completely unusable.

The app barely ever works, constantly signs you out even one second after signing in. If you are lucky enough to have a version of the software that is working then I wouldn’t update it as the current version on the App Store is unfit for use. The amount of time you have to spend trying to login or clock onto jobs is having a negative impact on productivity, more minutes spent on your device than actually fixing cars. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, if you look at previous reviews these issues have been going back 3 years. The same copy paste response by the developer promising it’s been fixed, trust me it has not.

The app is broken again. When you log in first thing in a morning it is saying “your session has expired” and sends you back to the login screen. Log in again and it says the same thing again in a constant loop. Only way out of the loop is to delete the app and reinstall it. As I use the app every day it’s a pain. Terrible app design

Absolutely terrible app. I’ve been working at main dealerships for nearly 20 years and I’ve never experienced such an awful system that crashes with constant errors and constant updates that make things worse
