Pioneer Press e Reviews

I can no longer do the puzzles

kulkidtrik on

United States

I can no longer select the puzzles and do them. In the puzzle section I only get the jumble puzzle. Customer service says to download new version. This was the new version. I also lose articles when I move my iPad from landscape to portrait, it goes back to the front page. Again I was told to download the new version. I’m frustrated that this was the only solution from customer service. Developers need to work on an update, Maybe?

A Huge Step Backwards

This new edition is very frustrating. The previous edition was so much easier to navigate and find what you’re looking for

Disappointed

Lori from LB on

United States

With the new update, I can’t click on the Sunday current events quiz and send it to my niece in grad school. Previously I could click and send through FB messenger, that functionality is gone now.

WHAT did you do?

theolson on

White bars now. Why would you mess with the replica version of the paper, shrink it, and put white boxes on top and bottom of it? Oh, plus ads. Bring back the full-screen replica, no white bars, or we will unsubscribe. Why would you fix something that’s not broken?

Screwed up the app

MN weather watcher on

United States

Your 18 November 2022 update to the app is terrible. You took away the ability to print individual pieces/articles. Does anyone test theses updates before pushing them out?

Concern

United States

Don’t like the new font!! Harder to read on the phone especially in the small mode and aging.

Great access, better formatting needed

mdn - B on

United States

I like the ease of access so I can read the SPPP anywhere, anytime. But the formatting of the electronic edition needs some work. Stories get chopped up and headlines don’t appear correctly on a regular basis. But I can print puzzles to do on paper if I desire - which is nice.
