They make it so hard to get money out of your wallet, it’s borderline a scam. You need to put in sms, email and google authenticator codes in under a minute. I lost most of what I invested and can’t get the remaining amount out. Customer service unhelpful. Stay away.

Happy with the app. Some problems with updates not working properly but I see others using the app have the updated version same as me with it working for them. I find the app more user friendly then the website. Website should show ALL running bots- I.e growth bot, DCA bot and grid bot. I also wish there was a way to see my trading portfolio expressed as a pie graph with all my trading assets identified individually as well as a my holding portfolio in a seperate graph. As it stands now I can only see the allocation of held vs trading vs earn.

Opened an account and funded it but found it soooo complicated. Have no idea at all what is going on. Set up one bot as a test but honestly did not know what was going on. Tried to set up another Bot using a small Ada deposit I made and honestly found it to be so complicated. I researched a couple of similar, reputable services like this, 3commas was the other one, and this was reviewed as the best for beginners so went with Pionex. If this is the best option for beginners then what would more advanced options be like. I’ve been totally scared off of using bots and will close my account and simply stay with my current exchange and hodl.

Easy to use, great app, didn’t have enough time to check the performance yet. But I’m glad to be part of Pionex

Pionex is a great platform, and while the website is great, the app is superior and is suitable for mobile and iPad format. I cannot fault the App or platform but your success of trading bots requires skill and knowledge. Remember that every trade has a buyer and seller or put another way, a winner and loser, and not in that order.

Great platform to use, easy to navigate and easy to use. Love it, highly recommend it 🙃. This platform is heaps better then my crypto just sitting and waiting and hoping it will rise.
