Crashes after latest iOS update

Was working ok until 17.1.2 iOS update. When adding a deal or a business lead, app immediately crashes. Uninstalled and reinstalled, no change. For someone who prefers the app over the web version for adding info on the fly while out in the field, it’s useless in its current state.

Love the desktop version, but the main reason I use the mobile app is to set myself tasks and reminders when I’m not in the office. Which is like 79% of the time. The app just crashes everytime I hit save after I try and add a task or event.

I love the pipeline deals on the computer but the app isn’t that great. Takes forever to load anything some documents don’t load and you have to clear the screen and reload the app one of the most frustrating things is you can’t pull up your customers address with the app. If they fixed a few things that there customers complain about the app wouldn’t be bad.

What a crap app and company

I called them and reported an issue on the iPhone and they said they would get back to me and never bothered. The issue is that it won’t even bring up the application when you click on a new activity from an email in Gmail. It just gives you a blank white screen. Totally useless...

Great upgrade!

I used to use PipelineDeals’ old app, and I can gladly say that this is a tremendous upgrade. Its design is very clean and intuitive. It’s obvious that they thought about how people like me want to use a CRM app, because everything seems so simple. I’m excited about this app and recommend it to others who need a good CRM on the road.

Not useful in the field

The whole point of a phone application is to make it useful for field input while you’re working. This new version is worse than the original. Links don’t work, information is hard to find, some links on even active anymore,… Without fail, every single time since the app has been updated, I have had to go to my desktop version to complete my work. This is not acceptable. They’re very friendly, and willing to listen to feedback. But I can’t believe they release this version. We’ll see if they fix it.

Very poor product. Does not work with talk to text. Cannot select customers from tasks. Overall the pathways do not make sense and the new updated app is significantly worse than the original app. Would recommend finding a different CRM.

A leap forward

This app is a leap forward compared to their last “attempt”. One star is an improvement over the four poop emojis I gave it last time. This new version has some improved features, more straight forward design (kinda) and it doesn’t constantly crash like their old one. Unfortunately, it still comes with a bunch of problems. They made the font micro I mean this font is tiny! It doesn’t always register touches, and when it finally does register them it registers ALL of them so now there are 3-5 windows open that you have to undo. Not all your data is pulled from the cloud so sometimes there won’t be an email or phone number in the app, but it will be in the pipeline portal (which is a BIG deal when you are trying to “use” their app). At this point I am fairly confident that the CEO has delegated app design to a local high school as a senior project.
