Description

Based on **Psychology and Neuroscience** work regarding “Negative Self-Talk” Piper is a mood and thought tracker that helps you identify your inner thoughts, and then reframe them as distanced and positive for you to review.
Everyone experiences “negative self-talk”. It has been estimated that we have hundreds if not thousands of thoughts every day and the majority of them are negative.
By changing just 10% of those thoughts to positive, our lives will be changed forever.
Piper helps people like you and me reframe our “negative self-talk” to neutral and even positive so that we can live better lives.
Piper is a self-talk manager. Helping people like you and me reframe, check-in and keep track of our self-talk track (aka inner monologue) over time so that we can become more positive human beings.
