This game suuuucks. It’s just ads ads ads ads. You get blown up. Watch a 30 second ad for 75% health just to get blown up in 10 seconds. Don’t download. It’s frustrating

• A pirate’s work is never done! The action comes thick and fast in the turbulent waters of this fun fighting game, and prize ships laden with plunder can be spotted on the horizon at every moment. Engage them in battle, exchange broadsides, send them down to Davy Jones’s locker, and grab their lovely loot. But keep an eye on the enemy’s level and the number of warships you engage simultaneously, or it may be you who’s heading for a watery grave.
• Splice the mainbrace! Head back to harbor to trade your barrels of booty for coin at the local pirates’ market, then celebrate your victory and enhance your fearsome reputation by upgrading five different parameters of your pirateship or improving your lighthouse to open up new expanses of the high seas to your reign of piratical terror.
• Pieces of eight! What do pirates love even more than the taste of rum, the scent of the ocean, and a fair following wind? Why, sunken treasure, of course! Scour the Caribbean seas for wrecked ships and bring home even more loot to help you progress through the game.
• The kraken awakes! Maybe it’s the clement climate or the constant supply of drowning sailors, but the particular corner of the ocean where this game is set is suffering a peculiar infestation of gargantuan sea monsters that pose a threat to every boat on the water. Train your cannon on them and rid the oceans of this cursed blight – profiting mightily in the process, of course!
• Not all hope is lost! You may be the most dastardly of pirates with an insatiable thirst for gold, but you get to show your better nature elsewhere in this battleships game – in side missions where you rescue maidens in distress and other unfortunate victims of life’s vicissitudes. Great game… if you only want to watch ads.
The game has decent potential but there are just too many ads. Want coins, watch ads, want this watch ads, lose a battle watch ads, win a battle here’s an ad. I get it the designer wants money but the ads make me want to trash the game not pay for it.
Fun game, great time-killer..
It’s a relatively easy game that requires little strategy. I enjoyed playing it, except for the fact that the devs made it SUPER difficult to accumulate coins without spending money, or watching ads. I spent five bucks to “opt out” of the ads, which was dumb, because it didn’t eliminate all the ads, PLUS, they charged me $9 and some change when I looked at my bank statement. These guys are crooks. I am going to delete this from my phone. I sen a few emails to the developer(s), asking for a refund, within the same week that I made the purchase, but they won’t contact me back. I do not recommend supporting this group.
Very poor design
Pop ups make you loose momentary control of your ship in the middle of fire fights. Video adds randomly pop up the same way, thanks for the blown up ship. No timers when sailing into interaction zones, if you cross into the circle for the shipyard for example, even during a firefight, it immediately brings you into the shipyard. I’d play it again if these things are greatly improved. Bottom line, this game seems like a nice idea at first but needs more play testing and polish. UPDATE: The developer response does not address any issue I’ve listed. In no way did I suggest that they shouldn’t have adds, rather the implementation of the adds are terrible and needs to be addressed. I do not believe you “value every piece of feedback we get”. Sorry developer, you missed the message which is “Do Better”.
Game fun
But wish there was no ads cause that what ruins the fun of playing when there constants ads

I like the actual game, but now every time it goes to an ad the game screen goes blank and won't proceed any further. The actual game is good but if I can't actually play it the game quality doesn't matter much.

Great game
Lovely music. Nice pirate feel. However, "Goddamnzilla" is a bit offensive - could be "Lochzilla" instead. Enjoyable play but the enemy of the turtle is much too overpowered. This is main pain-point with the game. I paid to have ads removed and its definitely enjoyable.
Ads literally kill you
The gameplay itself is fun enough. I wanted to like this game. But... After the first few minutes there are constant interrupt ads that are 30-35 seconds long. That's annoying, almost more ad time than playing time, but the kicker is the game doesn't pause during the ads! So you clear the ships around a kraken boss and then come back from the ad and you're swamped again and the boss is healed and you die immediately.
