I can’t figure out if I’m being charged for just downloading the app. The help section isn’t a working page. There is no info on what you are getting or if there is a fee. Even though it says you MUST cancel within 48 hours, there is no way to cancel. Tried to find a customer service email….no where to be found. I don’t want this app!!
Very hard to track live games, even with paid version. Lags, doesn’t update plays, box and plays don’t match up.
Live video never has worked, charting worked 1 time.
This app is a game changer. Completely changed my son’s approach and understanding of the game. Camera feed is smooth and seamless. Easy user-face and fun to use.
Used this software with my team for the past few tournaments and it’s really incredible! The players and parents really enjoy that they can track their own stats. This is going to be a great way for them to track their progress all summer. Highly recommend!
GameChanger is 100 times better. I can’t stand this app and it’s expensive to get the “better” version.
The first night I used this app, it froze up 6-8 times and I would have to completely close the app and then go back through the entire process to get back into the game. Today when trying to view the link to the games does not take you to the current live feed, you get a white screen. You have to go back 4 hours to an earlier game click on that link to then view the live game stream. Currently no championship games are coming up on the app. All I get is a white screen. When the camera feed does work it is great!
Downloaded the app for a tournament. Clicked on the App to open it. Was given a choice to login or create account. Nether worked. App is frozen.
