The perfect app
It is good
Worst user experience since Sims app
This app is totally sporting club focussed and an awful user experience, with clunky notifications process, manual message deletion and very frustrating to use. If the sporting clubs weren’t so convenient I’d boycott them on principle!
Average
Some good functions but the messaging element is awful. Can’t delete or manage mailboxes instead just have a list of old messages. Strange when every social media and email accounts allow decent mailbox management.
good up to a point
There are many improvements that could be made to this to make it really good. The major bug bear is when you set your availability you are solely doing it for that date and not specificity if there are several matches/squads that take place on that day, meaning all teams you are “seen" in get a notification you can play?!? Can’t be in 2 places at once. The other annoyance is I have to keep reinstalling on my iPad as when updates are made to the app it refuses to load.
Decent all but missing clear venue section
Useful app for cricket clubs, but why not include a section where the venue (with address) for a match can be clearly stated? I would think that would be useful for any sport. Even home games are sometimes played at alternate venues
Unintuitive & Too much info
I loaded this app and found nearly 300 lengthy messages going back 2 years clogging up my phone and no apparent way of deleting them in bulk. I was hoping to find a way of seeing my club card balance, if it is a feature it is not obvious. I was also hoping to buy tickets and assign them in the app like the Twickenham statism app. No luck with that either. Obviously the app is useful for players but very little use for ordinary supporters

Latest update is terrible. Schedule needs manually refreshed.
Great App
A great app that helps a lot when it comes to my sons’ cricket matches however the app is very slow: the updates to games don’t always show up and sometimes becomes a problem
Update bug!
Updated today and it won’t even open further than the initial screen have lost all info! Please fix asap! Many others in team have the same problem since the update.
