Each day of the week we target different and specific muscle groups. Operated by self-powered equipment, strategically designed to achieve your desired results. Each class is capped at 21 clients, allowing the trainer to give you individualized attention. Whether your goal is to torch body fat, increase strength, or promote lean muscle, the PITFIT team provides a clear roadmap for all levels of fitness and wellness goals.

The best workout!
These are my favorite workouts! The coaches are motivating and welcoming and you burn so many calories in one class. I love that I get my weight training and cardio all in one session. By far the best gym in Dallas!
Game changer!
I’ve been going to PitFit for a few months now and absolutely love it. The instructors are awesome, there’s a lot of variety with the exercises and it’s easy to push yourself in these classes.
New favorite HIIT Class!
Love the energy in this class. The coaches are super motivating and I always leave feeling amazing. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun new high intensity workout class!

This is the best workout I’ve ever done!! It’s the only class that’s actually made me see results!! I’m obsessed!! It’s in a garage which I love! Gyms are so boring! You actually put in work and the results are amazing!! ❤️💪🏼

PitFit is a great workout! I look forward to going every week. Before finding PitFit, I would get burnt out on classes or plateau, but that has not been the case here. At PitFit, I can always count on being challenged, enjoying and getting stronger at each workout.

Favorite Dallas Workout
I’ve tried a lot of different workout classes in Dallas and this is by far the most challenging (and most rewarding!). Highly recommend trying it out. Also the app is very easy to use!
