It just doesn’t work at all

Can't go back
After search I can't go back to do another search or download. Have to close the program completely and then start it up iPhone X.
App runs poorly
I’ve noticed that the website runs much smoother than the app. Does the app tends to freeze my phone and log me out consistently while the website does the complete opposite hope this can be fixed.
