Simple tutorial
To make a GIF with Pixel Animator, you should know 2 simple concepts.
At first you should know what the current button is, the button that is working. The current button is blinking. The color is changing form normal to red and from red to normal repeatedly. The default current button is a pencil. You can change the current button by click the button on the right panel.
The second concept is GIF frame. A GIF animation is made up of many single images, which is called frame. If you click the “add” button, a new frame will be added. If you click the “minus” button, the current frame will be deleted. Pay attention to the color of frame numbers. Red means the frame is added, green means it is the current frame and gray means the frame can be added but not added yet. For the free version of Pixel Animator, you can add as to 10 frames.
Frame rate is the speed of the GIF animation. Large frame rate means quick animation.

Really cool app but a bit bugged

In the app if you go above a number of frames the utensils you use to draw and creat art disappear off the screen and you can’t get them back which makes it impossible to make animations

Pretty well made, just have one problem

I had this on my old phone and loved using it, decided to download it again today, and it just crashes whenever I open it.

Can't open

Every time I try to open the app it instantly crashes I have no idea at all why but if the developers can fix this that would be good.

Upsetting

FIX THE EXPORT BUTTON, I’d give 3 stars as it’s quick and easy to make a good looking sprite but fix the fricking export button, if this isn’t fixed I’ll have to consider finding another app.

Share glitch.

As it’s said in many other reviews, yes, it crashes my IOS device. Lucky I have an iPad mini I could share it with, but now I’ll have to copy the five frame animation all over again. Hopefully you fix this.

Amazing but some issues

Hi, I wanna make this brief, if you are a beginner editor/animator I highly encourage you to get this app but there is one annoying thing, you can’t actually download your creations on iOS maybe on a different device but not iOS.

Great App but there are some problems

The app still crashes in the new version when I try to export a gif. It hasn’t been fixed

Good but can’t export

This is a good app. Easy to use except I can not export any images or gifs. When I do it crashes. Another problem when creating gifs is that I can not move frames after I made them. Besides these problems I would recommend it.
