I had tried to use the app but it didn't load, it exited & went back to devices screen. Uninstalled it.

I really,really love this app,but since the update on May 24,2019 the app will not open for me. I don’t want to delete and lose all my completed pictures. Except for this review,I cannot find an email address to write to you.please send me an email address. Thank you

Hi, I have already your last version and when I touch your icon, the app starts and hangs on your icon only. Then the app close and I return to my welcome screen. I never see the coloring images. Have you a solution for me please?

Maybe make an animating tool

Love it but recently I can’t get into my picture gallery. I can’t get through to them from the game. Hopefully they’ll fix this problem by putting it on here.

I love this app with the exception of every so often I have to delete and reload because the app won’t open. Then I lose the completed pictures. Wish this would be fixed. I have the paid version Lately the pictures are not as nice as when I first started with the paid version. There used to be faces and animals and the finished pictures came out much clearer. I’m hoping the pictures will be improved. The pictures are still low quality for the paid version compared to when I first purchased it. I do like the app but now I have to go way back to the old pictures and redo them to enjoy the pictures . What has changed? Is a different person doing the pictures now? Can’t you improve the pictures. PLEASE CANCEL ME

I have paid version. App won’t open. I don’t want to delete and start over. What are my options??? I have emailed several times for several weeks and have got no response. Way to excel on customer service.

My girlfriend is disabled and plays this app daily. I end up erasing her progress every night cause I can’t afford to pay for it . I wish there was a way to watch videos to unlock pictures. I mean for the people who can’t afford to pay.

I have tried twice to pay for this app only to be locked out and I cannot restore my purchases. It is enough to make me want to delete the app completely •I really do like this app and would like to see it fixed.
