Pleases the skeptic in me!
Idk how many times I’ve downloaded and offloaded this app before giving it an actual chance. I’m used to doing pixel art with procreate on my iPad but wanted something for on the go to replace brainless apps. This app is surprisingly capable and pleasant to work with.
The logo throws me off a little, mainly because that’s not the type of style I go for (I prefer cleaner/ simplified pixel art). If you’re starting out or just want something accessible, try this! It even comes with an extensive (and beautifully designed) library of tutorials!

Simple the best app for pixel artist
I have tried numerous app to draw pixel art on them, this one has it all, layers, frame, partial movement, scaling, rotations, saving options, cloud workability…I can go on forever! Highly recommended.

IDK if I’m stupid or what but Idk how to copy some frames at a time,idk if it’s just the app or I’m dumb.
Palm rejection for Apple Pencil bug
After I turn on the palm rejection button, next time when I open the app or go to setting again, it will automatically turn off. Quite annoying issue.
Works extremely well
Picked this up back when it first started and it was pretty good then but still in its infancy. Now it’s tooling is extremely well done, has standard painting tools but also animation with export to sprite sheets as well pixel perfect rotation and resizing! What else do you need?
