Magnificent app brilliant for creating collages and adapting photos
I have been using Pixlr for several years and it’s my absolute favourite go-to for photo touch ups and photo grids. The app continues to improve with updates. Definitely my most used app.

Honestly, this is my fav editor app. It makes things quick easy and looking fab 💛
I’ve been using Pixlr for years now for on the go edits and it’s surprisingly packed with free features other apps require payment for. The simplicity and range of editing you can do with it free of charge is more than most people would need without having to jump into Lightroom or photoshop for proper edits.
I’ve used Pixlr for years . Simple and easy to use . Has added features if you wanna subscribe. Otherwise the free features are great !!
One of my favourite photography apps to use
Be aware and Beware. This app, bought and paid for (and supposedly good until 2025) - constantly upsells, and it hangs if you don’t tap on the pay more option. On the positive side they responded to my email and said I could still use the ‘legacy’ (as in somewhat reasonably priced version). But when I did that - upselling and a hung app is what happened. It used to be a great app, as you can tell from older feedback. Its been changed so its neither affordable or even useable (despite having paid for it at the former rate, and supposedly still being able to briefly access it.) There is a lot of competition in graphics programs. I would not recommend this app (or any other app that voraciously into upselling) unless you have deep pockets and are tolerant of, and can afford constant upselling.
I started using Pixlr online on desktop back around 2010, I would use it basically as a version of photoshop that I could access anywhere. I downloaded the app for my phone last year and I was disappointed to find a bunch of the features missing that I use a lot and consider to be “essential” like the wand tool, undo when you’re drawing and layers. Recently the app has no longer allowed me to use it offline, which is frustrating as data is not cheap in my country and I often photoshop as something to pass the time when I’m outside cellphone service. The desktop version has changed and removed a bunch of my favourite features. I’m uninstalling the app and using a better program now.
I read the reviews earlier saying it was slow or otherwise no very useful. Anyway, I tried it and it was fine. I was actually concern on how good it was that I was sort of scared that I downloaded the full version. Turns out that I didn’t. It’s pretty good for basic editing. It has many features and there’s no annoying watermarks either.
