Pixomatic: borrador de fondos

I was supposed to be grandfathered in from my premium one time purchase of the app for like $15 a few years ago. Looks like they finally turned that off. I don’t use it often. Nothing has really changed at least what I use it for to be forced to pay again let alone monthly or yearly. It’s ridiculous. There’s plenty of other free apps out there that can do a majority of this stuff or paid apps that are cheap and one time purchase, like this app USED to be. Worthless now. Uninstalled after years of having it.

Y’all need auto save or something because no way I was trying to save my stuff to my device and the app crashed and did not save it at all literally made me start from the horrible cutouts because y’all can’t even mask the colors for real. Working in progress.

Since the new update my app keeps crashing. I pay for this, I hope you will fix soon

I’ve used this app for like 10 years and I recall buying a version that was $4.99 on the App Store for the pro features. I guess that’s no longer valid as I now have to pay $6 a week to use the app at all. Thats way too much for such a simple photo edited app. I’ll be using a different one going forward unless they make good on me buying pro in 2015 for $5. I was one of the only users of this at the time and now they’re nickel and diming me!

I’ve used this app for several years, and I actually like it a lot. It does a great job capturing the outline of an image so that layers can be created. This was one of my go-to app to edit pictures of my friends in which I would add birthday hats and balloons, etc., on their birthdays which made us all laugh. A few years ago, I found a bug or at least a difference in the way the cutout tool worked between a previous version and the upgraded version. Customer support was very nice, and after several conversations and sharing screenshots, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was fixed to work as it did before. When I first paid for the subscription in 2023 and 2024, the price was $29.99 for a year, which I thought was reasonable. I was very surprised to see the price jump up to $79.99, which in my opinion is way too much, at least for a ham-and-egger like me who uses this app to make funny birthday pictures. I’m sorry you’ve lost a customer, Pixomatic.

Me gustaba esta app la eh tenido por años pero ahora me a estado fallando mucho y es que ahora decidí pagar para obtener el servicio. Y justo cuando decido usarlo ya después de haber pagado esta app Yano funciona como debería o como cuando era gratis.ya terminado la edición a la hora de guardar los resultados.la app se cae y mi trabajado se pierde, gasto tiempo y ahora al parecer perderé mi dinero que mal arreglen eso por favor

I’ve used this app a long time and only now have I had any problems from it. When I try to open the app it just shows a dark screen then closes. Tried resetting the phone, closing and restarting the app, offloading, and deleting also but nothing works.

The app crashed during use, I tried restarting my phone & off loading the app, issue was not resolved. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but had my saved projects deleted. The is no option to edit the size of the picture, I must save the edited image and edit in photo shop. Too much money for a poor app.

It use to be my favorite and number one go to app. However, this last year especially, it has become LITERALLY unusable, it crashes constantly, often within the first 60 seconds of starting a project. It doesn’t save progress reliably, and when I reopen it, I’m either shown an unrelated old project or nothing at all. Unless you’re hitting “save” every 30 seconds, you’re guaranteed to lose your work. I finally gave up and bought Lightroom just to get anything done. This app is a waste of money in its current state. I don’t know what’s wrong. It use to be great but in its current state, I can’t recommend. Which is a total shame. I created so much content on this app in the past. But for $5.99 per week or $50 year?! Nope!!

This app has gotten me thru soooo many years of photo edits. I do a better job on this than asking the free photoshop group to edit my stuff. My only problem is the last 3 days I’ve been unable to open the app. There’s just a circle spinning on the main page and it never opens. I’ve hard booted it and my phone and it continues to happen.
