Pizza Hut KWT - Order Food Now

The food ordered today was too dry and not pizzahut pizza. It was tasteless and not fresh. You made me embarrassed in front of my staff. I regret ordering it this time from you.

Potatoes used are spoiled and not cleaned well

I have write this negative feedback after calling the customer service 3 times and following up on my complaint. I place the order 1 1/2 hours back and so far I have not received the order or call from the driver. When I contact the Call Centre, they kept telling me that the complaint is registered and it will be delivered soon. Now after this is followed up 2 more times and there is same response with absolutely no result. Very frustrating as I have not got any positive assurances of the time of delivery. POOR SERVICE AND ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE

I have reported an issue with the mobile application to customer care and complaints team, regarding my order history not getting reflected under HUT rewards and I’m unable to use the points, but the issue have not been resolved yet. Several follow up calls and waiting for almost a month to fix a small issue is what the level of support I’m getting from Pizzahut. Disappointed customer.

Poor delivery timing during weekend

Taste is very bad whenever I order from mansuriya it’s very good taste but in Omeriya not good improve the quality

From last 2 times delivery is delayed by more than half hour
