The app should enable tracking of the delivery

App does not send the order through to the Branches. You recieve an email confirmation thinking your order is being made, just to call when time exceeded to hear your order did not arrive at the branch.

I only use the app to see what is on the menu as the app never sends a login code.

Why can’t I track my driver in the app? Order was supposed to arrive 20 minutes and I have no update as to where it is. This is just off putting because all the other have this feature

I had my order confirmed at 19:45 and have not received my order at 21:21 Radiokop Pizza Hut has seriously disappointed me and they have no available support numbers that work

App doesn't send code to register or login. Feedback function also just hangs without proceeding

Good app, just some stores can’t function in loadshedding.

The app has improved a lot over the years but I don’t trust the payment gateway for credit and debit cards. Maybe look at integrating ozow for instant eft payments.

The application has a good interface but that’s all they have going for them. There was no notification as to whether the driver was on his way let alone whether he arrived to my destination or not. I have not received my order nor a call on a way forward and I am completely ticked off by the fact that no further communication has been made. There is no way to track your order, and if it been completed within the store, I am completely disappointed in the fact that they would have an appliance that they might not completely maintain, word of advice, don’t use this app. You most probably won’t receive your food!!!
