The hours of operations in the Thai manner in their orders are not really helping to expedite the process of ordering food or experience to use it and online order is not always accurate when it come holidays session

The app works but it is just not very intuitive. I’ve had issues in the past where I couldn’t access the cart because it was hidden behind a banner. Selecting some of the topping options for half and half pizzas is not simplistic though I think it used to be. Aesthetically-wise the app looks good, but from a user experience standpoint I think there could be improvements to make the options more seamless to select and for less complications in the ordering process. Pizza is great though!

A year later and I cannot say enough good things about pizza patron. I have eaten at there competition and I am always disappointed. I am a some what picky eater. I don’t eat trash. They offer an inexpensive way to feed your family and it’s not garbage. The employees are nice. Smiling and are happily surprised by a tip.

The app used to let you pay in store. Now makes you pay to check out. Many glitches when updating pizzas.

There was a forced app update… great, and then apple pay stopped working. -.- just great…

LOVE their pizza, but the app was always glitchy for me and I couldn’t use my rewards properly. With this new update on the app, I have not been having any issues and they completely changed the app making it super easier to redeem rewards, check progress of the order, and supply many new details on their menu. 10/10, update was very much needed, thank you! :)
